We also do small drywall installations and can also remove old texture and finish it with a flat finish.  We have repaired all kinds of water and smoke damage over the years and guarantee you will be happy with the final product.  In cases of older texture or popcorn that sometimes cannot be matched there are other methods that allow for a consistent and more modern finish.

If you would like an idea of the cost of repairs please send me a few digital pictures of your ceiling and the area needing repair as we can usually give an accurate estimate via email.  With most ceiling repairs the entire ceiling will have to be painted after the repair as the new texture or patch will be much lighter than the rest of the ceiling. In fact most textured ceilings are never painted by the original builder unless the owner has decided to after purchase.  So even a stain killer over a water stain will stand out in contrast to the unpainted textured ceiling.

When sending pictures of the damaged area or water stains, indicate the approx. sq. footage of the entire ceiling so I can give an accurate price for the painting component.
